Barrell 22 Yr Sweet Peat Whiskey

Rare 22-year Speyside single malt scotch whiskies and Canadian whiskies were thoughtfully finished in toasted Jamaican rum casks, to enhance their natural sweetness, as well as Islay whisky casks which introduced delicate wisps of peat smoke, adding depth and complexity to the final blend.  

Sweet Peat reveals a different side of peat, where oak, sweetness, and gentle smoke come together in remarkable balance. The different casks weave together notes of caramel, tropical fruit, toasted oak, and delicate peat smoke. The result is a whiskey where sweetness and smoke elevate one another.
