Barrell Bourbon Infinity Single Barrel

Keeping an infinity bottle is a well-known tradition among whiskey collectors and enthusiasts. For this limited release, the BCS blending team selected samples from fifty of their favorite bourbon barrels aged 8 to 20 years old, and blended them together, crafting their own unique interpretation of an infinity bottle. 

Nose:

Milk chocolate · Chocolate syrup Cardamom · Graham cracker · Vanilla 

Palate:

Chai latte · Malted chocolate Thai basil · Savory undertones 

Finish:

Cocoa powder · Lemongrass Chocolate chip cookie
